here my advise as a personal trainer.
depends on wht u eat =)

Rubbish tht put in ur stomach doesnt really count.
1st step alwiz the hardest =) but try to follow my method instead

try to consume 5meals per day. u can start off with 3/4
BREAKFAST is the most important meal each of ur day cuz this to kick off ur metabolism
try to include in ur breakfast lunch and dinner.

Fruit
Vegetables
Nutrient
Protein

Between ur lunch and dinner u can consume some dessert such as yoggurt/fruit/shake
As u r a hard gainer u can eat supper =) u must asking izzit good to take supper?
depends on wht u take. i would recommend u to take bran oatmeal cuz is a slow release carbo.
Till then u can tahan till tmr.
Rules NO.1 never get starved
Eventually every 3hours try to consume 1meal.
Good tht u do running as cardio but i suggest u dont do too much of cardio.
If ur a gym member go for weight training otherwise juz find any public park do some bar exercise .

thanks for the tips. I still not finished yet reading this thread. But so far i look there are many different food to serve for your meal so i dont know to choose which one and Im afraid it just only work for that person but not me.

Tanker? Then i am gozilla then.
Go learn up what is calories 1st. What your daily calories need. And eat more than you calories need per day. That easy.
Whatever high amount or frequency, make sure you eat exceed your daily calories need.

the thing is im a high metabolism because i already tested myself whether my skinny body is because of genetic or high metabolism by eating weight gain protein. So it is quite hard actually

i will recommend you to eat boiled potato and fried things twice a day and boiled rice 3 times a week.It will help you a lot.I tried all these things itself and it works on me.

list down wat you eat as like previous post where ppl list out what they eat.

anyway, add peanut butter, olive oil, coconut oil which is higher calories in your diet may help you.

Hello i give you 20 tips, For increasing the weight. Please flow it, and it's sure within month your her weight will increase .
1.Soak one kilogram of dates in half kilogram of honey for 4days.
2.Use peanut butter in moderate quantities.
3.Soak one teaspoon of assafoetida in one and half cups of water. Keep it
over night. Drink the water the next day morning. This habit is good for everyone who needs to have a strong body.
4.Gooseberry in jaggery solution is another good option.
5.Eat grapes for blood purification. Your body starts assimilation of nutrients well.
6.Banana milk shake can be taken every alternative day.
7.Eat lots of protein rich diet. Chicken curry, fish curry are some good examples of protein rich non vegetarian diet.
8.Eat raisins 2 and half table spoons once in 4 days.
9.Can have baked bananas along with breakfast.
10.Include egg whites in your diet.
11.It not having lactose intolerance [allergic to milk] can indulge in milk and milk products.
12.Include lots of vegetables and fruits in your diet. Avoid Eating Too much Apples And Pies In Your Diet.
13.At 11am you can much 10 to 12 almonds.
14.To increase weight too you need to divide you food. Than eating at a stretch if you have the habit of eating 4 tortillas/ chapattis, eat 2 at the regular time and the next two after two hours. Thus small meals at regular intervals.
15.Can indulge in limited quantities of cheese once in a while. It enhances your mood.
16.Even for increasing weight don’t indulge in too much Maida flour made foods. The reason being it’s hard to digest. It will increase your weight. But side by side it gives you constipation and piles.
17.To pancake batter add one cup full of berries frozen or fresh.
18.There is no harm in having lamb. But it should be cooked after removing the layer of fat over the top of the meat.
19.Can have sea food, whole grain products, nuts, and liver and other organ meats.
20.Have vegetable soups to increase appetite. thumbup.gif

had been through the whole page , fuuh. Cant deny i gain many knowledge by reading the whole page. just need to ask something

they are some expert recommend to eat a cup of almond, how do we eat it? just eat it normally like normal kacang or need to blend it?

second, which one is more important first? gain weight first then build muscle to get stronger and bigger arms or do both at the same time?

Hello guys. I'm 21 years old boy! My height not suit for my weight and looks quite skinny! sad.gif How do I gain weight? I went gym few last months, but now stopped sad.gif Any idea? My height is 176 around 177 and my weights is 55kgs! I drink weight gainer when I go gym.

So my height is around 172 and my weight 65. The problem is that i'd always deal or eat with those oily and fry foods. Any tips on how to avoid them? I wanna reach my daily calories.

white rice + economic rice (pick wisely)
tandoori chicken or chicken soup(bak ku teh + white rice) also better than you eat char kuey tiow.

my experience:

170cm height and used to weight 50kg. This was during uni days.

Currently weights 62kg.

I make sure i must eat every 3 hours...i even get used to it during office hours, example:

8.30am breakfast before start works at 8.45am...sometimes i only ate half of it and the other half at 9.30am if its abig portion...

10.30am 15 mins break light brunch at cafe upstairs...if im not taking food i order milo ais kaw...at least make sure ur drinks got calories, n protein

12.30pm lunch

3.30pm 15mins break again at cafe upstair sometimes cheesecake sometimes kuih muih n more

5.30pm or 6pm+ burger in front of my office if really hungry(not recommended...should change to healthy diet)

7.30pm-9pm dinner

mine diet is low quality food sometimes so if u can fit those schedule during ur working hours n good nutritious food is even better. n i oso go to gym casual weight training 15-20mins daily or alternate days). my office have gym. i dont really drink mass gainer so far just normal food....but i make sure my stomach never really feel really2 hungry until like pain2 a bit... so i check my watch once 2.5 hours until last meal then im ready to have my meal already...pratice this habit if u going to gain weight naturally...i notice my skinny frens have eating probs....they eat a lot but very long time in between meals....very hard to gain weight if like that...if can gain oso ur tummy buncit but body maintain small frame n skinny....not good

oh yeah just to add....before puasa this year my weight usually ard 58-59kg...during puasa my weight drops to 55-56kg....then once raya until now with consistent meal plan as previously it shoots up to 62kg...im guessing prolly during puasa month my body mechanism metabolism took a shock n it become lower to adapt to lower food intake n longer interval between meals....

so just a tips if eating a lot n consistently really not doing anything to ur body can consider puasa for 1 month n then continue ur normal diet see if ur weight shoot up or not...coz giving shock to ur body sometimes helps to reduce ur metabolism rate smile.gif
