hehehe same problem here..

but mine worst.. 173cm and only 43kG!!! cry.gif

i think what we need to gain weight is discipline! rclxms.gif
discipline to take meal on time and do a routine workout..


i have try alot of weightgaint appeton..GMC... but the most work for me.. ( but not work so well) is a traditional medicine i bought from advertisment in harian metro.. the shop originally in johor.. it have 3 stages.. i only buy the 1st stages.. it make my appetite increase but make me sleepy!!
i stop because i am student.. cant sleep always..but anyway if u guys interested in this product why not we buy in bulk.. maybe we can get offer.. if im not mistaken.. 1 stage cost u about Rm250 -300.. 3 stage is almost Rm1k.. u can buy stage by stage so u can see the result first..

anyway im not planing to buy this product in this few weeks or month because out mu budget...

for hard gainer try to gain 0.25kg per week. at least consume 2200kcal with regular workout. if u able to do it consistently u can gain 2kg in 2 months. 1 year = 12kg.

so from 48kg to 60kg(minimum?)!!

Yes manage to gain weight at last!

Proper weight program & consistent meal. 1kg in 2 week... i have put my weight program in excel sheet. if you guys interested I can share for free

train hard and dont ever skip ur meal. I make my spreadsheet so I can track my program. I can share with you if you interested.
