Yup if loan drawdown is RMx and you put RMx in the flexi loan account, no interest needs to be paid during the interest serving period.

Not much.
They only withdraw extra 100k+ this month.

I can get FD of 4.1% and my loan interest is 4.35%
So that's 0.25% x let's say 200k = RM60 per month.

So if I move some money this month, I won't lose much lah smile.gif

Hehe... so far only RM60 pm mah.
Btw, if one is confident to earn higher return than the interest saving with the same capital probably that flexi account is just for contingency use.

It goes this way:

1) FD
2) Housing Loan
3) Anything higher.

So since money is sitting in FD, time to move to housing loan.
If need it for something else, withdraw and move it over.

lol, make sure you only take out the FD during maturity, otherwise the interest penalty is more than the interest difference between loan and FD.. Of course if your FD has the flexi withdrawal facility, then it is different..

So poor SEH owner respond to join FB until now 21 people include Admin. I guess a lot of them are flipper.

Hello-hello92..As a ppl who only know how to have free food and did not purchase hse from SEH...you do not have right to judge ppl whether he/she is flipper. Even flipper also taking risk in investment and they also care about their property. We are not promoting everywhere to take owner join our fb group. If you think without flipper and the property price will drop then i will say you are wrong as land is getting lesser in kv & material price is increase. I dun think any developer will lower down the price at this moment. If you dun interested to buy SEH, 😐pls dun always kacau here else we will get admin to suspend you again.

I received the 2d billing invoice as well...
