During yesterday botanical landscapes trip, one of the purchasers did highlighted to SEH whether tiara south is allowed to open a new road to ecohill link. According to SA, tiara south need to get approval from authority if they want to do so. We are quite concern if tiara south simply open a link road to ecohill link. Just like wat goodview height open a entrance at kajang silk highway.

I think u r referring to Semenyih old town for doing banking, cut hair and.....
To be frank, I dun think so. Coz EM n eco hill can be the new town center for Semenyih. If come true, y ppl still need to go to old town of Semenyih. The old area ppl will come to EM n eco hill instead of EM n EH ppl go to Semenyih old town.
Tis is one of the main criteria to invest property in new development . If the new development can replace the old town center. The area basically will "ong".
If the old town area still better the development area then better think twice to invest.

Is this the direct exit from LEKAS to EcoHill? Seems like it will pass by jalan bangi, industrial area and tiara south. Not exactly a direct link from LEKAS into ecohill. Anybody can confirm this?

Much slower construction progress compare to eco majestic and I must say eco majestic welcome centre are much better

I think it is not fair to compare the data using Q4 of 2014 to Q1 of 2015, since the sales maybe affected by different factor, for example festive season.

It is more appropriate to compare Q1 2014 with Q1 2015 instead. The net profit (personally believe more essential than revenue) of Q1 2015 is 4.7% higher than that of Q1 2014. The revenue also increased by 22%.

Just for information Q1 2014, Tan Sri still in the SPS, and the financial performance seems is still maintained even after Tan Sri has left for a year..

Ya. Sam Gor..you are right. This is what my fren tell me too. We looking for a home which having eco concept and comfortable place for resting after a day of hardwork. Eco Majestic is more luxury and look like hotel or resort concept which no really suit to be a home. Haha
