honestly SPS gave more than expected wrt the garden, it was only stated to be garden/park during launching.
then last few months more details were given.

Yesterday saw the actual place and it is indeed feels like a small park, spacious with wide walkaway, uphill and downhill.
Compared with EM, I kinda feel EM is smaller and more squeezed.

Happy with this park lah.

told the guy, thanks and he said more surprise under their sleeve too.
I wonder what, but I said to him, good job, keep it up and show what you are capable of.

Is the cheapest indeed 598k? or that’s the previous launch indicative starting price?
If it is the latter, then I am afraid those at 598k has been sold out and a budget of 650k onwards is much more reasonable to get one in SEH.

In EM, I think the budget is close to 700k or more…

It all depends on what is the cheapest available unit now in both projects.

If budget indeed is an issue but you are still keen to move to Semenyih, then your option has to be other projects, slightly less glamorous, but fits your budget…

Assuming starting price for the previous launch is 598k, what makes you think the cheapest one at 598k still available.

The cheapest one probably sold out, leaving those at 620k-650k still available if any…

So my point is, if aiming for 598k, likely won’t get, but if have higher budget then can la…

doesn't matter, i see SEH quality is good ... of course can be improved.
the setia alam and ecopark ppl all moved to EM liao ma.

Realistically to enlarge that road will be difficult as they need to acquire the existing houses or shops along the road.
Certain stretch seems to be some water pipes.

It can be done but takes quite some time and effort

To be frank, I dun think so. Coz EM n eco hill can be the new town center for Semenyih. If come true, y ppl still need to go to old town of Semenyih. The old area ppl will come to EM n eco hill instead of EM n EH ppl go to Semenyih old town.
Tis is one of the main criteria to invest property in new development . If the new development can replace the old town center. The area basically will "ong".
If the old town area still better the development area then better think twice to invest.

i dont' need to go EM for everything new.
In my current place, the new shoplots shop is more expensive by double the price!

Mamak sells roti canai more expensive.
Barber charged more.

I live simple life so I will definitely spend more time in old town than EM...

But you guys can go ahead to go to the new place smile.gif

All the good food (if any) likely still hide in old Town. Those I don't expect them to move.

I'm not sure if there's any at the moment but every weekend I normally drive around my place visit chinese coffee shop for breakfast.
