They try to make it bigger size I presume..

If really so, that's mean about 90% sold even without proper launching... sweat.gif sweat.gif

Speculation again
If not mistaken total 56 units.
Developer should not allocate so many units to internal. Tis is make internal ppl speculate the price.

Soli, it's 54 units sold, 2 4-storey corner units (50'×75') of RM3.7M unsold. Only for biz associates and staff, existing buyers don't even have chance.

Intermediate are 3 storeys except for corner with 4 storeys. Try to max profit with 3 storeys tongue.gif
I think 2 storeys should be enough, upper levels mostly left vacant / with low rental.

Units too little I presume... Used to be 64 units, now even reduced it to 56 units instead... EcoMajestic Ivoris more than 100 units if not mistaken...

It is already expected public no chance for this first launch commie.. sweat.gif sweat.gif
