From 2-tier round about to Lekas Semenyih toll only about 2.5km (can be estimated from the google map now).

If drive ~ 60 km/h, about 2.5 - 3.0 minutes loh..

If drive ~ 90 km/h, about 2 minutes loh..

If drive ~ 120 km/h, about 1.0 - 1.5 minutes loh..

What's so big deal? As usual, nuiscence question from joker..

Hihi, im very interested with the begonia unit. What is the price for non-bumi? Any package or rebate?

Begonia units starting from 598k, with buildup 1936 sqf, waive legal fees for SPA and Loan, stamp duty for loan and MOT shall be absorbed as well. "Early bird package" still available I presume , can call them for further info...

Yes, 598k is non-bumi price... You actually no need to pay 10% deposit coz still got "early bird package" mah...

There is 3% rebate which can offset in downpayment. The total downpayment will be around rm41860 if u able to get 90% loan from bank. All legal fee, stamp duty & mot will be pay by SP Setia. I also purchase one unit of begonia too..haha..

Yup, early bird package still on. Begonia left about a handful units... The 3% rebate is with the condition that u sign the S&P within 21days starting from the day u pay your booking (date of booking receipt).
