Yeah...It was nice. Like following tour. Hahaha. Even got firecracker session. Suprisingly it is pretty windy at the lake. Those tralas owners at the oriental garden will have a good view. The space to the lake is pretty good. Will be nice to chill out in the evening.

I must says, I am impress with sp setia and have no regret buying their property. Their team  and the way they runs thing  are top notch.

The botanical landscaping trip is nice..😀😀😀 but the weather too hot. SPS really nice as they provided goodies bag for each participates..

I have counted the time taken by the bus from the 2-tier roundabout to the flyover bridge..

It is about 2 minutes (2 minutes and 8 seconds to be exact)..

Compare to the speed of the bus to a car, I presume we will be able to reach the Lekas Semenyih toll from the 2-tier roundabout in less than 2 minutes...         

Yes, no doubt about it... Such a nice landscape... really can see the bubble comes out from the lake... Real no bluffing from Master Kenny, it's "alive water" and really a good fengshui...   

Definitely on par with the Swan lake in EcoMajestic, some more is inside the fencing area...   

The only shortcoming would be the cascading structure don't have any water flow through, need to wait for the raining season only can see the water flowing... 

The goodies bag is nice, got 10 packs of angpow packets and the artwork pieces...   

One of the sp mgmt guy shared with us in the tour bus mentioning that the clubhouse will be 4 storey high with 230,000 sqft built up. It will have a 360 degrees deck for viewing the whole of ecohill areas. 2 storeys are for car park.

And also tenby school will be 20 to 30 % cheaper price to attract the initial intake.
