Eh Vincent gor or other tai gors, the unit we bought right basically we need not pay anything already to developer or lawyer till the end right after we paid the 10% downpayment?

Im a bit worried if there will be any other charges have to pay along the way as i might missed due to im not staying at my mailing address. Maybe received letter also i dunno.

It should not have other charges unless u r not taking 90% loan then developer will sent out letter to request for progressive payment after they complete the certain stage. ☺

Have you sign all the legal & Mot document?I just signed mot document on last month as developer need perform mot b4 bank can release the payment. Did SEH/Legal firm contact u on this?

I am also on RHB full flexi loan. No setup fees and maintenance fee. But have to pay RM 8 per annum for debit card and RM 10 for every 6 month if you have less than rm1000 in your current account.

you keep that 1k in your loan account you get(save) 4.35% * RM1000 = 43.50. You keep that 1k in your current account you save RM 20. so ..... tongue.gif
