Eh Vincent gor or other tai gors, the unit we bought right basically we need not pay anything already to developer or lawyer till the end right after we paid the 10% downpayment?

Im a bit worried if there will be any other charges have to pay along the way as i might missed due to im not staying at my mailing address. Maybe received letter also i dunno.

It should not have other charges unless u r not taking 90% loan then developer will sent out letter to request for progressive payment after they complete the certain stage. ☺

Have you sign all the legal & Mot document?I just signed mot document on last month as developer need perform mot b4 bank can release the payment. Did SEH/Legal firm contact u on this?
*
I have signed everything i guessed hahahah! yeah i think i was told there was a letter sent to me but that was just CC letter about some fees of rm200++ to be paid?

Not sure as im away for quite sometime and never get a glimpse of the letter at all hmm.gif

I am also on RHB full flexi loan. No setup fees and maintenance fee. But have to pay RM 8 per annum for debit card and RM 10 for every 6 month if you have less than rm1000 in your current account.
*
i think rm10 is for the debit card instead of rm8 while im unsure about they implement charges to account less than 1k hmm.gif

and yours is non interest bearing current account right?
