Hello maxis you are the one who offer me the upgrade, and you told me , you will waive my existing contract, but you charged the penalty on my latest invoice! if this amount are not adjusted or waive, i'm going to complain to MCMC.

anyone facing subscribing 100Mbps, but only get 26-30Mbps on speedtest?
through out the whole month, after switching to 100Mbps, only the first week i'm getting 100Mbps, after that... 26-30Mbps. Maxis is cheating on their customer again.
