QUOTE(gkweng @ Nov 26 2016, 10:54 PM) As per my understanding, it will be: I just received an email regarding to inadequate upload speed issue from Maxis. Yes, the cs staff confirmed that 50Mbps=DL 50Mbps;UL 20Mbps. For 100Mbps plan, I got that answer when talking to another cs officer days ago.10Mbps = DL & UP: 10Mbps. 30Mbps = DL & UP: 30Mbps. 50Mbps = DL: 50Mbps, UP: 20Mbps. 100Mbps = DL: 100Mbps, UP: 50Mbps. |

I am on 50 Mbps since Nov 18 and I do speedtest every night. I always get between 40 Mbps to 50 Mbps download and upload speed. |

I'm still one of those early bird RM 118 per month 10mbps user.
If maxis doesn't improve their offerings, I'm jumping ship to unifi for RM 179 50mbps package |

They partner with TM also, TM don't allow cheaper contract so Maxis also cannot do anything.

They didn't write the upload speed in black and white, so nothing could be referred to. Nevertheless, I've quoted the reply from Maxis to MCMC, see if they could do anything. |

QUOTE(kuntakinte @ Dec 7 2016, 02:26 PM) I'm still one of those early bird RM 118 per month 10mbps user. I will only upgrade when Maxis finally decide no more oku discount. I'm one of the earliest FTTH subscriber. RM168 10Mbps, oku 50% discount. Maxis called me a few times but when I mentioned I'm using OKU account, then they just apologized because I'm not giving up on my 50% discount. Luckily last time applied 30Mbps but was given 10Mbps only.If maxis doesn't improve their offerings, I'm jumping ship to unifi for RM 179 50mbps package |
