Ohh ok. Didn't know that. Last I checked with a public mutual agent who approached me during lunch (she didn't even have a FIMM license) who happened to have an annual report showed only top 5 holdings  rclxub.gif
*
I suppose wat u get is Fund Fact Sheet (FFS) instead of AR

I guess you maybe right. Since the person who approached me didn't have a FIMM license, I wouldn't be surprised if she couldn't tell the difference between FFS and AR tongue.gif

ASG seems to be giving better dividend than ASW since 2012. Is this fund open to all and any quota for non-bumi and bumi? Sorry, I have not been following up on ASx news for a while. Can still open account?

well ASW & ASG is different. u cannot compare both.

ASW2020
- 51% bumi 49% Non bumi quota
-fixed price @ rm1/unit
-currently sold out

ASG
-No quota
-variable pricing, up & down depend on KLCI performance
-still available

for more information, read 1st page of tis thread or u can visit ASNB website icon_rolleyes.gif

My guess

Asg 7
Asm 6.0-6.3
Asb2 below 6.5
*
ASB2 fund size RM 10 bil. Now only able to sell RM1bil ++ only
If it declare below 6.5%, it will take forever to sell the fund.

If ASNB could give 7 cents per unit would be quite an achievement to be honest. When the fund was launched back in April 2014, KLCI was at 1847++ points while we're no where near that today. It would take the fund manager some clever buying/selling during that period (highest 1890++ while lowest 1673++) to garner 7%.

Permodalan Nasional Bhd's wholly owned subsidiary, Amanah Saham Nasional Bhd (ASNB), has opened branch offices in Limbang (Sarawak) and Lahad Datu (Sabah) to improve its service quality to customers.

ASNB investment strategy is keeping the shares for long term, their strategy is more relying on dividend incomes. The short term price fluctuations in their invested shares doesn't bother their performance much, as the invested counters are not actively traded, so Bursa index carries less meaningful to them.

ASNB always press their heavily invested counters for good dividend, like Sime Darby, Maybank.

Look at the 1, 2, 3 etc numbers next to the date.

I think the number will go up to 80. Then you will have to change to a new passbook.

I think there's some panic withdrawal on AS1M..

Some unitholders maybe think that AS1M = 1MDB thus u see past few days have a lot of AS1M units available hmm.gif
