dis one i agree.. ppl tend to diversify their investment... agree...

but the thing many buyers are buying following the herd... esp youngsters.... without thinking all in for investment.... and these ppl are relying on the proceeds of flipping to buy their dream house... or next better house...

it is certainly no longer probable of the idea of flip and later buy the house you want.. imagine those can service loan hoping to flip and buy others... stuck how long 7 years man...

those cant service... tak payah cakap... dai sei... flip.. 7 months coming di...

haha i dont think youngsters have the ability to get a loan or even serving the installment bah. With the entry price of 600k++ one would need to pay 2500++ per month for installment.

With the current price tag there is no point to flip at all. How much will u expect the price to appreciate after 2 years when the house VP? From 600k to 800k? 30%++ appreciation? Not unreachable but tough.

for new project.... youngsters that worked for three years.... no other commitments except credit card... i think still can get it.... especially for the non bumi youngsters... i rmb i own my first home at this price point also 2 years ago.... and i am just a office worker exec level nia....

No FAMA support? SPA your name only same with loan?

Wat price point? 400k? meaning repayment 2k per month...meaning you must be earning 6k....

wah.. dis one u better clarify with the SEH 1 group... this is their initial aim of investment/flip.. they say setia alam model... wor..

they hope 200k upon vp.. i.e 600k to some 750k... 3 units sumore...

it is not tough , it is impossible for the next years.. 7 years later... also hardly semenyih leh

Wao...you are superb...work 3 years can buy 600k home....Please share your secret with everyone here as bear bear need use 3 names to bought his GVH units ler although he is junior lawyer. Mean lawyer has low income than office exec level??

yeah... i wish my FAMA support me... but then... they already retired... i duwan touch their retirement fund... i go in at 550k landed 2 years ago... but its zero downpayment package la... 6k income change using a job with no day no night.... oni the house i bought for own stay can make me feel its worthy.... haha....

no la... my work really use my life to work one.... i am not what top achiever... really basic plus consistent allowance... 1st year i join i already work like fucker jor... hahahaha... nvr see daytime before except lunch time... hahahah.... dont go the same path as me.... go do sales all those.... earn comfortably than me....
