Here u go fr 20×65.. circa 500k got listings n dis is b4 nego.. any 20×70 VP now?? 20×65 launch price i see 420-460k depending on builtup while 20×70 i see 455-528k minimum fr intermediate lots.. Sourced from propcafe

Situation 2: New seh2 at 520k nett. Free interest, legal fees and all. 2 years of inflation while waiting for commie to be vibrant n resi to be filled up: FREE

Total Cost for New SEH2: 520k

As the new SEH2 is priced almost the same or LOWER than subsale SEH1, its a better deal to buy new launch.

Just want to add tht if u intend to live a peaceful life, please avoid rawang at all costs.. i know ppl who take 45min from rawang toll to emerald on a weekend. u will regret for all ur life as the main road is still 1 lane n undercond for 30 yrs.

U r btr off in d BJ flat or even semenyih low cost which SURELY can give GREAT ROI next time laugh.gif

i go thr often..i have 2 relatives living there..i hv deleted my screenshot frm my previous visit.d road is 1 lane then 2 lanes then 1 lane..surely NOT 1 lane across the whole stretch.
