Wanted to know. For next year, once this 1st phase of SEH-2 is completed, is it only housing area only?

Or does it comes with the commercial development/mall/taipan as well?

So far SEH 2 only launched resi units. Nearest commie Ivoris shop lots.

Today went to sales gallery to sign snp. Went to eco forest to take a peep. Wow, its merrier there.

Look at the quality, seems like EF provide better material. Jus feeling.

I cant wait till 2020 for its completion. Tat is why picked EH2.

And maybe the location its further from lekas entrance towards kl.

I heard there will be another entrance from lekas to EH 2. Correct right?

Material spec wise wise EF is better, but the location of EF is total lose out. With the increasing number of traffic light along Jalan Broga, perhaps in future, the timing use by EF resident to reach jalan Semenyih is already sufficient for SEH 2 resident to reach SIlK highway using the Ecohill-Lekas link.

This is not to mention about the commercial activity within the vicinity of EF. I don't think EW will spend big money to develop the commercial in EF. First phase of EM already VP more than 6 months, and the promised SRJK and Sports Center until today still don't have any construction work yet.. sweat.gif

EF just a pocket development along Jalan Broga and I don't think EW willing to spend money to develop its amenities / commercial element to make it becomes a township.. sweat.gif

They will constantly organize a lot of events and do many launching to attract sales though..

There is basically nothing for amenities contributed by EcoWorld in 1000 acres of land in Semenyih.. zero count.. yet.. to wait.. best to come.. even after 5 years from Cradleton launching..

Just don't put hope for Eco Forest la.. buy and stay is ok.. more to personal satisfaction..

Anyone remember how long is the warranty period? I remember is was 3 years but seems like when i sign snp it stated 24 months only. Anyone can verify that?

SPS will give 3 years warranty cert during key collection.

SPA is standard Schedule G requirement of 2 years. SP Setia shall give you another one year extension on the defect rectification..

Current SEH2 houses should be mostly designed with metal decking + concrete roof. Actually quite normal that those houses with tile roof also have certain part made of concrete.
