link corner the disadvantage is the traffic outside yr garden area.....and ppl park next to yr side garden.

also for subsale, its lesser interest compared to the typical intermediate units.

so i was right. The price is indeed lower now.

They build smaller and should price it the same or higher, that is meant by protecting early investor.

They build smaller and price lower and lower, it's not good for early investors.

If I bought that cluster 728k, now they building smaller cluster at 658k I wouldn't be happy. In fact, I would be trolling Khor chap jen account.

in fact, my memory is like an elephant, quite good. I do recall asking around SEH price a few years ago. The prices today look cheaper.

SPS, better improve your marketing! You're becoming "No. 2" and "give big discount" company.

semi D is more rare, less units. also u get better neighbours. so generally for long term it's better.
if u can afford, and really for own stay, suggest u get semi D.

btw cluster and corner terrace, depend .. i choose cluster, but note that cluster house some part of the house may be a bit dark (depend on layout).
if you choose dst corner, try to get those with large piece of land, like extra 20 feet.

Erm.... why ur thinking style so geng one... alwiz like to compare apple with orange one.... Btw, if developer keep increasing prices with subsequent phases u think can sell boh. Not everyone as 'rich' as u leh....

Actually hor... EW also doing the same in EM & EF lor.... By the time EM was selling Mellowood the price already so high, can't sell so have to launch EF with smaller bu & cheaper. Other developers also using same strategy when market not good mah....

U talk so easy hor....

The units are diffrent size, different buildup, different security features, different streetscape/landscape and most importantly different location and different environment and amenities in the surrounding...

It is still in wetland, I believe it is third launching after Everna and Escada, should be still with similar size I presume.

Location different, just like if a developer would like to launch product in Bandar Puteri Puchong and Bandar Bukit Puchong, how the pricing it could be? hmm.gif

actually the advantage of linksmd is they have fully extended the rear side, therefore no reno needed.......best still both G and 1st storey fully extended.

but I don't quite like Setia punya LSMD bcos they tend to build both back to back units at same level.....makes it a bit ugly.

I prefer both rear units are on different grounds, hence makes the connecting part more interesting.
