For 700k, maybe can consider to buy bungalow land in college heights, Mantin, with 6000 sqft and build own dream house.

cluster house 650-680 K .. spsetia seem to be selling cheaper and cheaper? 3-4 years ago any their cluster house SEH , how much launch ?

Please do some research before commenting. The land size and by for this cluster is smaller than those that launched 3-4 years ago

Ask some opinions, semi d clusters or double storey endlot with 15ft land or double storey corner. Which r better buy? For own stay.

semi d cluster is fancy word for cluster house.
best is Semi - D, the real type. the one where the backside not stuck to another house.

Yes I very good at doing research. I am also quite smart. And I am not biased. Semenyih and Ulu Yam is more or less the same kind of location, did you know that? When you are older and more experienced, you will understand.

Bro, it's ok.... there will always be trolls around. Ppl who did proper research knew that cheapest cluster in SEH 3-4 yrs ago was Errana 36x78 @ 728k. Current cluster in SEH 2 below 700k is 32x60. Some ppl have selective memory so just take their comments with a pinch of salt.

Good to hear a good piece of advise from a self proclaiming smart guy and older guy which is unbiased.

Seems like I still have a long way to go to have this kind of age and experience.

Ya loh. Cluster with back sticking back. Semi d have back yard n back lane, that y I opt for links with land or corner.

But semi d price definitely far more expensive.

not all smds have back lane......

actually the advantage of linksmd is they have fully extended the rear side, therefore no reno needed.......best still both G and 1st storey fully extended.

but I don't quite like Setia punya LSMD bcos they tend to build both back to back units at same level.....makes it a bit ugly.

I prefer both rear units are on different grounds, hence makes the connecting part more interesting.
