I am interested with Setia Ecohill2 and will be there this weekend to have a look. I am well informed they have 2 packages. Zero down-payment and 10:90 package. 10:90 package is where will not need to pay the progressive interest meanwhile the zero downpayment is compulsory to pay.

If i would go for the zero-downpayment, how soon usually will we need to start paying the progressive interest? Will it be too soon around 6 months from now? Or 1 year from now?

Just booked Alexus End-Lot unit earlier today.. Looking forward to get bank loan now.. Hopefully all goes well and i shall become one of ur neighbours.. Anyone bought Alexus units?

Ya, Everna units i can see quite alot being bought already. Quite good response..

So far response for Alexus is not as 'hot cake' as Everna. Maybe due the Alexus has more units than Everna (correct me if i am worng).

Maybe more people prefer the semi-D feel of Everna which comes with 10ft land. As for me, i prefer Alexus as we can afford the End-Lot unit which comes with 15 ft of land. But this is subjective to buyers la.

There are are a few end lots which price can be abit different such as facing south, not facing any house, unit number which are 'ong' etc..

Previously went i went there quite a few times before booking, all of them said official launch is mid of August.

We cannot simply enter any precints am i right?

Thanks for sharing. I observed that we are not able to enter freely into certain precints such as precint 3. Or we only cannot freely enter the residential area? Other areas such as parks we can enter?

I think i have been to this road before. This road is nearby the factories if not mistaken.

But we can go in is it? The hill where the photos are taken is inside the construction area?

Wanted to know. For next year, once this 1st phase of SEH-2 is completed, is it only housing area only?

Or does it comes with the commercial development/mall/taipan as well?
