Agreed. Value and vibrancy will naturally pick up with the commercial development. Last time Mutiara Damansara ppl also say FAR. Somemore leasehold. But then came Ikano, IKEA, Empire Damansara, Sunway Nexis... and with prosperity comes the horrible jam HAHA

Altho there are reports of oversupply of malls in klang valley, the thing about this area is that there aren't any 'quality' malls (nearest exception being IOI City mall 15-20 mins away but have to pay tolls).

We hope Ecohill Walk mall can wave some changes here.. Hopefully SPS leasing team doing the job properly.

Very important team.. I hope they do work together (SPS and Ecoworld) to brainstorm how to differentiate ecohill walk and the mall coming up in majestic, they should complement, not compete with each other.

Ecohill Walk mall has space constraint, actually I am putting more hope on the Silversquare / SEH 2 commercial hub. This is an important commercial area that needs even better coordination.

they say before this i no money to buy SEH wor.. that y bad mouth...

then say I miss d chance so bad mouth wor...

now different position di...

many of my friends stuck there... not 1 -2 units a group... should have view properly

occupancy merely with depressing rentals as low as 800 to 900... these group of tenants do not have spending powers to generate or support the surrounding shops which range millions causing operating cost to be 5 digits above...

to be precise, the group of investors are also depressingly low in holding powers rental rates of 800 also rent

the occupancy would be mere gimmick later on.. like fulfilling requirement.. the price would be flat... resulting credit lock for most investors

and samkps was caught lying... seh was vp oct 2015... he lied as usual
