is the 360 clubhouse in ecohill 1 shared between all residents in ecohill 1 & 2?

According to the masterplan, seem no land was allocated for the clubhouse.

Ecohill 1 and 2 is separated by Eco Majestic? I saw Eco Majestic seem have an entrance with guard house at the road entering to their project. Is Eco Majestic next time plan to only provide access to their own residence? Then resident in ecohill 2 cant use the connecting link to ecohill 1 via majestic?

Nonetheless, I believe it will depend on its sustainability. From my perception it may open to SEH1 Precint 1 owner 1 day. Not surprise it will be opened to SEH 2 as well, it is just merely a 5 minutes driving through the Ecohill link.

The access road between SEH 1, EcoMajestic and SEH 2 are all public roads, accessible by every resident in the townships. It will become more obvious after the EcoMajestic Lekas toll open later.

Fencing only will be put on respective precint for the resident access.

How nice if both of the developer can team up to build one MRT station around this area. Then i guess go where also very convenient.

Lol..MRT in semenyih is still a long way to go... But i am sure the Kajang line will be extended to Semenyih in the future.. maybe another 10 years time...

MRT extension to Semenyih / Beranang area I believe will be realized one day, but may not be so soon. Anyhow, from SEH 1 to MRT kajang Sungai Kantan station (Saujan Impian) station just about 10 minutes drive via Lekas Ecohill.

I actually more hoping if the missing link between Lekas and Plus highway can be realized one day.

The next big game changer would be EKVE, which Semenyih residents can reach Ampang waterfront within 20 minutes.

Yes hopefully they will build one in the future, but infact according to their book "Echoes by Ecohill", actuallly they mentioned Ecohill 1 to Saujana MRT Station is only 15km. If build one straight from Saujana MRT to Ecohill, then it's perfect. Hehe

Yes if they can connect plus highway then would be great in term of accessibility.

If coming from jalan semenyih --> SILK --> EKVE, we can turn right into EKVE directly from silk? no need to pay the 1.80 sg long toll?

The Sungai Long interchange shall be located along Silk highway, very near to Goodview Height.

From SEH 1 using Ecohill link, Lekas then interchange to Silk, will reach this interchange within 5 - 10 minutes driving..

If this alignment is correct, yes, no need to pay twin palm Silk toll for residents in Semenyih to reach the EKVE interchange.
