i am now paying rm179 for 10mbps....can call them to lower to rm169 since they offering this now?

yeah im on 10mbps 2 days after they offer me the upgrade, they didnt call but they send an email, tell me that my upgrade is done & they ask me to restart the router to get the speed

The RM169 Unifi10 upgrade is it just the first month RM169 or from now on all will be billed at RM169?

from what the operator told me, it will be forever RM169 as long as u not terminate the line

what do u hv on hypptv?

Wanted to subscribe new to unifi at home. But tm point cant offer me RM169 for 10mbps. Any unifi promoter can help me get the deal even im new subscription. PM PLZ =D

the usual way is:

.. as new user, sign up for 5mbps, rm 149
.. just dun take any hypptv pack, only free basic
.. after 2 yrs contract expires, the agent will call (fear of u going to competition) to upgrade to 10mbps
.. offer can be rm169, 179, 199 (plus hypptv pack(s))
.. straight offer rm169 or 179 10mbps for new users is unheard of... so far. if u get it, pls post for benefit of other new users

but who know how they will behave in 2 yrs time?

Hi. Anyone install unifi in bandar saujana putra. Already 5 weeks register but still dont get call from tm.

Why isnt there any promo for current RM199 VIP10 user so that the bill will be RM169 instead of upgrading to VIP20 for RM219.. I dont need the extra speed..

149 vip5 for 3 years. still hoping to be offered 169 package.

they offer me RM179 i just accept..still got few more month contract i jump ship..cannot stand unifi dc issue..

More & more news regarding lower Broadband package, I am still holding on from upgrading from Streamyx to Unifi.

but according to radio about this news, telcos only agree to offer more affordable broadband, comes out with new plan, not to lower current package price

new plan could be slower speed for those no need high speed

I am fine with Unifi VIP2 or 3 for rm80-100.

to get the special offer from unifi ..

you need to have this 2 condition ..

1 .) payment very very good
2) bandwidth usage ( dowlnoad ) very heavy ..
after all it is unlimited ... so if you download alot as a usage pattern .. they ( unifi ) will knows .. and they will look into the up grade offer...

Been waiting for almost three years to get Unifi, finally my wait is finally over. Wa ha ha TM reseller said the line will be ready by mid year, lol.

Funny thing is that; got fiber optic, but no copper. so cannot apply Streamyx. Hmm...
