get the one month rebate.. reseller dont give rebate they earn commission yet no rebate..

apply online is fast and easy, i done that last year everything is just easy and you will get call from TM in a day or two

TM should be give alot commission to reseller otherwise will not have so many reseller booth at pc fair
some reseller have website somemore... and what you meet outside promoting unifi should be reseller

Guys ,has anyone managed to get the Netgear Nighthawk x4 R7500 router working with UNIFI? I have updated firmware to the latest but still no VLAN tagging.

This thing is driving me nuts!!!

Im not sure. It doesnt seem to have it as part of the supplied firmware. Even after i upgraded the firmware it stil doesnt have it (that i can see). Yet there are 2 videos on youtube showing the R7000 and R8000 models having it after the firmware was upgraded and the video showed how to set it up for both Singtel and UNIFI.
But when i checked those models firmwares on the Netgear support page the firmware numbers didnt match the video...... not sure how that can be. The videos are less than 2 weeks old.

I checked Netgear Malaysia Website and the R7500 is listed as a product here.

Hey all is the one month free only for online ordering or can it be applied by also subscribing via a TM Point?

I've been on ASTRO IPTV with TIME for 3 years now moving to landed property but offered ASTRO IPTV with Maxis but 30 days for Maxis to install. Back to ASTRO Beyond HD and TM Unifi 5.

Great thanks for that, if I need it installed sooner would expect TM point is the option as it could take days for someone to contact me via online application.

when i wanted to install 2nd unifi at other address i could choose when to install..not sure for fresh online application...i think you should be able to choose the installation date as well provided your address is in the list smile.gif

i guess u can just apply unifi and terminate the streamyx subscription...no issues there...or just call the CS...

I have this problem after terminate my account and apply new account. Once I select my new address and select for NIRC, TM detected me is exiting user. But once I log in using my previous account, it not able to proceed and it stated Sorry, we are unable to proceed at the moment. This error could be due to loss of connection to the server, please try again later.
Can any one help?

u didn't ask for relocation instead? i got the same error when i wanted to add new subscription however during that time my current subscription's address hasn't reflected with the new address..once new address has been updated then only i can add new subs...

No I just terminate and apply new one. Got 1 month rebate. I had terminated Jan '15. But my old account still able to log in, but in side no information on billing etc.
My new address is confirmed UNIFI coverage.

rm219 is good price, even with 2 yr contract.

it will be very helpful for some of us if u can share some details:

1.. how much u paid for vip10 before?
2.. how long had u been on vip 10?
3.. what location... e.g. pj, selangor?
4.. is this a house or highrise?
5.. any competition like maxis or time?
6.. did they change modem, router and hypptv box?
7.. does this deal come with any hypptv pack like jumbo or platinum or ruby or mega or just the basic?

if no equipment renewal, no hypptv at all, highrise with maxis as competition, i can understand.

overall, looks fair.

i talked to them... for my case 3.5 yrs with unifi, in shah alam, house, with hypptv megapack, unifi will not give 2 hoots to my request to get what u got. i pay rm199 for vip10 and must pay rm249 for vip20. no ifs n buts, they tell me.

Actually I have hypptv but never installed the decoder cause of TV placement vs modem position (I know I can use wireless to connect but never got to it yet). I think I have the basic package or could it be basic + additional pack?

Maxis 20mbps is 198 while 30mbps is 248. Tempted to change prior to this upgrade but I thought what the heck since I have no problem with unifi throughout the years.
