I have this problem after terminate my account and apply new account. Once I select my new address and select for NIRC, TM detected me is exiting user. But once I log in using my previous account, it not able to proceed and it stated Sorry, we are unable to proceed at the moment. This error could be due to loss of connection to the server, please try again later.
Can any one help?

No I just terminate and apply new one. Got 1 month rebate. I had terminated Jan '15. But my old account still able to log in, but in side no information on billing etc.
My new address is confirmed UNIFI coverage.
