They can screw everyone over any time they want, and if they implement quota on Unifi they will force Maxis to follow suit too, since they are basically the same.

seeing how they screw the first users paying rm199 vip10, i will be least surprised if they take advantage of the new prices post gst to screw all the rest - e.g. vip10... u pay 169/179, u get a cap. u duwan cap, u pay 219! laugh.gif

ok, we'll see come july...

Alright, my contract will expire this coming July and I will not hesitate to terminate the internet if they do decide to implement quota, also don't expect me to pay my outstanding bills after that!

They should not capped at all..don't see any reason for capping..Countries like Sweden does not capped their internet speed.

nah, they will compare only with countries with slow internet speed and low quota, then claiming malaysia is still one of the best.

The problem we at this country is everything is under monopoly by 1 big player and market is not open wide.... We where got power to bargain.... Every day we can see politician say u talk suka u keluar.....

I think open market will only happen at least 10 years later....that is if the next GE manage to change gov and after few more year the new gov is ready to open the license ....

So mean times.... Take it and happy surfing only.....

Boleh kalau rajin...

But I believe most of us here including myself do not. Just leave it on unless nobody is using it for long term, ie. Balik kampung hujung minggu ke, etc.

Yeah.

It always become better after that. At least for awhile smile.gif

It sounds like TM are trying to trick u all to get upgrade to higher tier speed. As long u upgrade, u get that -RM30 discount. Once u down grade back u lose that, which means u are more likely to stick to the upgraded package. Smart.

but I am still sticking with VIP5 even if VIP10 is only for RM5 more.
