Anyone having slow video loading/streaming at night? Other websites seems ok, only Youtube and Twitch are having slow loading.

Using Unifi10. Speedtest results seem ok too

Same thing here. Playing games online nets a lot of lag/near disconnects as well. This has been going on for weeks, and I don't think the damaged undersea cable has too much to do with it.

You use speedtest and test it out in oversea.

I test in Singapore server, it's extremely slow now. I got only like less than 90KB/s from my 10MPs unifi.

Unless the YouTube data server becomes a Speedtest partner within the next 20 minutes, don't expect answers. Anyone talked to TM support yet? For all I know it's porn streaming peak hour.

Boleh kalau rajin...

But I believe most of us here including myself do not. Just leave it on unless nobody is using it for long term, ie. Balik kampung hujung minggu ke, etc.

Just got mine about half an hour ago. Location : Desa ParkCity
I basically used back my existing equipment but had to use their grey coloured "modem"

Was using VIP 20 previously and had to terminate my account just to get this..

Went to TM Point today to get the 30mbps, but sadly there's no open line in my area anymore. Since the current account is under different name, I asked them whether the current line could be terminated and replaced with a new line, the TM staff said no and I would have to get in the queue like everyone else in my area doh.gif

I believe an agent can help us skip the queue somehow.

Account was close to 3 years so I terminated it. No penalty. The PQ on the Hypp TV box is so bad (yes I had it set u properly) when you compare it to Astro. Think I'll pack it up. LOL.
