hi, any 1 cancel unifi before? wish to know any procedure? jsut walk in fill up the cancellation form will do? my 2 years contract jsut end this month. i am going to maxis home fiber later on as per current maxis promotion.

also, do i need to return all tm modem / tvbox / wat ever? or they will come and collect or those belongs to me already?

yes, been with unifi for the last 2 years, the service is consistent, i think my area nvr hv line down issue, once a while i only need restart modem for no reason. i think past 2 years less then 10 times also, cant remember.

my wife using maxis 1 plan rm128, she entitle subscribe for maxis home fiber with rm20 discount rate so the home fiber 10mbps will cost rm128 monthly. currently mine is vip5, i was thinking can save more some more double up the speed. why not

but i check the home fiber forum got complaint about the service down at some klang valley area....

I hardly call land line nowadays...all call hp only. So since got charges, I use hand phone to call them . I don even remember my unifi phone number..

yesterday receive a call from unifi, offer me 10mbps for rm169... i ask for any offer for vip5 they don hv... sad. 5mbps so far so good for me.

i will just wait and see, who know later on maxis home fiber give more discount. but i still prefer unifi as it is more stable. hope june that time will hv raya promo / merderka promo for vip5

long time already expired... before expired they call me offer 179 for 10mbps, after expired they offer me i think also add 20~ 30 to enjoy 10mbps + more tv channel, recently get another call is rm169 for 10mbps...

actually got plan to change to maxis home fiber also de as i can subscribe with rm128 only but of cos i still prefer unifi la cause it is less problem for me for the pass 2 years +.... almost no problem.

The problem we at this country is everything is under monopoly by 1 big player and market is not open wide.... We where got power to bargain.... Every day we can see politician say u talk suka u keluar.....

I think open market will only happen at least 10 years later....that is if the next GE manage to change gov and after few more year the new gov is ready to open the license ....

That day try my luck see if can get vip5 at rm119..... I told the counter that I wish to terminate the unifi as maxis offer way cheaper and faster.... The girl just pass me the termination form and say I need to bring back the silver box ....hahahhha

This few days I say time contractor come pull fiber cable at my garden. Is that means times going to offer package soon at klang area? Is time as stable as unifi? My 3 years with unifi gv me 0 problem so far.

any reseller here can help me do unifi upgrade? looking to upgrade from current vip biz 5 dynamic ip to unifi 20 mbps fixed ip. if there is, pls pm me. no time goto telekom do those process this week but want to settle the upgrade these 2 week.

just now goto tm point, i gv them my ID, in the screen selection it show i can choose vip10, vip20,vip30 and vip50. for vip30 it show rm169. the package still remain same as my vip.

but but...the PIC say he also cant confirm why it show 169 and not 200++....

Cause she also think this price is impossible and he not sure system ago the correct one or not . He pas me the form to fill up. Say if confirm 169 then proceed for me . Else will cancel for me . He call Telekom also ask for confirmation but Telekom refuse to gv him a black and white email for this . As I don want to pay 200++ so I just ask him double confirm before proceed for me .

i think the branch u went to same with mine. She call me , tell the same, unifi30 got 169, yes thats true..but but ...must add Rm30 for those tv package. so total still is 199.
