hmmm, Hemianthus callitrichoides 'Cuba' is called 迷你矮珍珠。
http://baike.baidu.com/view/2429966.htm I'm pretty sure 新大珍珠 is MC, because it looks like HC but with bigger leaves, that's how it was named. And... I've a feeling that yours is neither. Sprout from seed, it could be a type of seaweed seed that popular in mask (海藻面膜籽), I've read it from somewhere before, fast to grow and form a carpet, but then it will grow into a different plant afterward. It's the fastest way to form a carpet though but you will need to trim it because they don't crawl but keep growing up. That's what they said https://www.google.com/search?q=seaweed+mas...V8ABeMQ_AUIBygC I could be wrong but do keep us updated This post has been edited by artsyfarty: Feb 28 2016, 09:28 PM |

QUOTE(kimimaro_kun @ Feb 29 2016, 02:19 PM) Is a good choice, nice and small, perfect for my mini tank, but the problem is they dont school. My dream of thank is to have green carpeting and watch my fish school around. Tetra or cardinal seem to be the best choice but i kinda felt they are too big. But at least there are hardy and easy to keep. |

Tetra or cardinal seem to be the best choice but i kinda felt they are too big. But at least there are hardy and easy to keep. QUOTE Behaviour and CompatibilityTOP ↑ This species is very peaceful but does not make an ideal community fish due to its small size and rather timid nature. It will do best when maintained alone or with other diminutive species such as Microdevario, Sundadanio, Danionella, Eirmotus, Trigonostigma, pygmy Corydoras and small Loricariids such as Otocinclus. It also makes an ideal companion for shy anabantoids such as Sphaerichthys, Parosphromenus or the more diminutive Betta species, and in a planted set-up can be housed alongside freshwater shrimp of the genera Caridina and Neocaridina. It’s a schooling species by nature and really should be kept in a group of at least 8-10 specimens. Maintaining it in decent numbers will not only make the fish less nervous but will result in a more effective, natural-looking display. Males will also display their best colours and some interesting behaviour as they compete with one other for female attention. sos |
