Very strange...
My sofa is a faux leather type.
If i cover the sofa with bed sheet, my cat will pee on the sofa. If i take away, she will not pee. Why like tat?

The reason why i cover with bed sheet is the leather a lot of scratch and hole. She like to play on the sofa, launch sprint run from there and scratch the sofa side. And fur drop alot also.

There's huge choices but it depends on your location (availability) & also depends on how you define affordable. The best food depends on the ingredients.

Did she already spayed or not? I only have seen this kind of behavior on non-spayed female cats especially when on heat. Cloth, plastic bag are few things that they like to pee on.

Yep, spayed already.

To add on that, she likes to do swimming on bedsheet. On my bed, if i adjust the bedsheet, she will do the swimming aka like catching mouse.
So when i cover the sofa with bed sheet, she will do the swimming.

Then just dunno why, she will pee on sofa with bedsheet cover. My bed she never pee.
Really headache, guess i can't rescue my sofa, let it be many holes.

cracking my head to understand why she does that.

Have u tried Fussie Cat and Cindy's Recipe canned food?
My cats only can taken these brands. Other brands like Prodiet, Whiskes n Frieskis made them diarrhea.

First time hearing about this brand. High end is it?

One thing lead to another and I found this shop - https://www.facebook.com/sifoopets/

Great variety of items. They have postage too I think.

But for now, RC 33 Sensible is my easy fix hehe.

Would changing the cat's daily brand causes the cat to lose interest/appetite?

I ran out of RC, so gave him whiskas. but seems he didn't eat any. it has been for over 48hours now. as a result, he also poop very less.

It depends on the cat. Some cats don't care while some do.

48 hours is too long. All pet store run out RC? Try different food then, e.g. boiled/steamed chicken or wet food. Just to make him eat something.

Tried giving him wet food too, but he doesnt eat it too. And yes, i am concern about the length he has gone without eating. How long can a cat generally live without eating?

That, and how much does it usually cost for vet consultation?

This depends on the conditions of the cats too. Generally for kitten you don't want them not to eat more than 24 hours. Adult cat no more than 48 hours if I'm not mistaken. When they're not eating for a long time, their body start to burn the fats & this is bad because it can damaged the liver which lead to death.

"When a cat goes without eating for a long period of time, fat cells inside the animal's body begin to metabolize to provide the energy it needs. At the same time, fats and proteins travel through the cat's bloodstream to its cells. A cat that isn't eating can't replace the proteins it's using, which causes fat to build up in the liver. Hepatic lipidosis occurs when there is a large accumulation of fat in the tissues and cells of a cat's liver. This accumulation leads to biliary tract dysfunction and eventual death."

Abruptly changing a cat's daily brand of cat food can cause them to protest. This is why I always remind people that when you want to change your cat's food, you have to transition them slowly.

In your case, you ran out. I suggest you go out and get RC as soon as you can
