They prefer visitor to park @ road side.. Sigh... Government should have a set of rule for visitor parking as per your density to follow.. If not it may lead to car parking at road side all over the place... |

I do hope the management will reserve some parking for rent for future tenant, other than visitor parking. No extra parking means disaster...

I have got a call from Amber to sign the SPA. So far i only contacted UOB to provide the loan at 4.45 interest rate. May i know anyone here can share other bank contacts here? I would like to ask for a few more. Thanks.
