cool..450k..how big and freehold or not?


if freehold and 1000sqf...start with 450k...damn nice...

their casa green project at cheras looks nice...one developer which should not overlook

at 450k.. IMHO, chances will be 800 or 900 sqft..
1000 sqft might hit above 500k..

450k for 1000 sf meaning 450 psf, meaning the prices of the properties in this area are remaining flat.

Bad news for people who bought other projects earlier ?
