Imho, interest rate not really a main deciding factor now. Last time during BLR, we can compare the banks by looking at the interest rate. BLR-2.4 and BLR-2.2 we know that BLR-2.4 is a better interest rate as most of the banks tend to have the same BLR.
However, now banks are using BR and every 3 months they can review and adjust the BR. We cant predict the movement of their BR, you might be getting 4.45% now but when they adjust their BR, the interest rate might go up or down.
