Well... How to say...

1) May be noisier a bit due to nearer to the pool and facility area..
2) Many units above yours when you resting @ balcony...
3) No high floor feeling when look down from balcony...

Overall, if can get a unit already very good... Heard waiting list over 300++... 140 bumi lot yet to sell, developer will push it to bumi... Wonder how much they can manage to sell that...
*
Actually if this unit is for myself, i quite like it.

1) Mon-Fri only come back at night. I guess not much of noise will be heard. Weekend can enjoy watching kids playing at wading pool too.
2) Many units above balcony. Actually not just balcony, the whole unit as well but this also apply to the higher floors. BTW i noticed that most people wont spend time on balcony too.
3) No high floor feeling is true. But the lowest floor is also like 9th floor from the ground. Still better than staying in terrace house.

However, from investment perspective, may not be easy to release.

For me... I prefer facing facilities which is above 3 to 10 floors.... If too high.... Cannot feel the scenenary ...buying high floor above 15 floors for facing facilities no have advantages.... Unless facing golf view, lake or klcc... Can buy high floor

Totally agreed.

Another point is many people see the price tag higher for each floor up, actually end up not much different in term of price for the interest we paid up. Higher floor tend to start serving interest at later stage whereas lower floor very fast start serving the interest. Most impt is the view, seeing wat u want.

Well.. High floor or low floor seems not much different for casa green as the price diff is only 500 per floor... the lowest I seen so far after so many projects... Usually it is at least RM1K per floor different... Anyway, all is personal preference, all got pro and con.

When is developer going to release the final list panel bank? I am waiting for it...

Currently i'm living at first floor of a 18 storey high condo, all the cons are true: noise from facilities, view and carpark spot not good. Pro is can skip the lift and walk up to the unit everyday, this is very important when there is no water supply to your condo lol sweat.gif

Is the noise acceptable? Your unit is first floor facing pool or playground? People from grd floor can look into your house?

My unit is facing the swimming pool. It is especially noisy whenever there are events at the facility deck (wedding/party/festival celebration etc) or during school holiday, a lot of parents will bring their kids to swimming pool. Sometimes it could be quite irritating.

To the last question, people from ground can't see into your unit. But if i'm standing by the window watching people shower before/after go into the pool, then they may notice lah tongue.gif

Still have extra car park for sale?
So far only UOB can include the car park in the loan? Any other bank do the same?
*
MBSB. Probably Alliance & RHB too, waiting final confirmation.

Any one thinking of pulling out? I think this project is really good but I only managed to booked the lowest floor. Is it still a good buy? if I get a middle floor then sure win. No experience on getting a lowest floor unit. Anybody can share your experience?
*
Don't, as mentioned, waiting list around 300. Demand is so much more than the supply for this project.

Block C purchasers will be receiving another round of calls from the consultants.
The consultants for Block C will be stationing in Amber's Office on this coming Saturday (25/4) to meet the clients for loan application purpose.

Those who plan to collect your booking form from Amber can come on Saturday, so that you can consult your loan matters at the same time.

Maybank still processing our EF application.

The 10,000 additional works gotta pay in cash.

Each unit of Block B & C will be given 2 car parks.
Each unit of Block A will be given 1 car park.
Total 9x car parks for sale but i not sure how many are sold.
Currently car parks are open for Block B & C, after 30/4, the leftover units will not be available to Block B & C, only open to Block A units.

Total 147 bumi units for Block B & C.

Please call the office at 03-91716862 for enquiry on the availability of bumi units.

For RUMAWIP, registration closes on 27/4/2015. They will take approximately 1 month for filtering and selection.
Then there will be an event of balloting and successful applicants will be notified to attend the balloting event.

Confirmed it residensi hijauan...went to office today for loan doc submission... the office guy told me... really wondering by using this name can make people more patriotic?! Or whatever...
*
It's official. Residensi is still better than pangsapuri or kondominium imho. All new condo names in KL has to be in BM now, not sure there will be any exception allowed. Looking forward to see ParkHill BM Name
