Hi,

Recommend the buyers to share Loan interest and term and condition approved by the bank here so that we can all benefit from the sharing (Save time and energy).  rclxm9.gif

The developer has strongly recommended two Agents for loan application. My guess is they want to monitor the loan application progress and update so that no one can "ESCAPE" from the developer!

Saw a list of Panel Bank on their white board, seems more that 10!! Is it shown the banker also have high confident on this project?! BUT couldn't find MBB!!!  rclxub.gif

i thought we are suppose to wait for the DBKL approval for this project first??

Park Hill public offer unit is separated from the Government servants units. Park Hill public offer unit is about 1060...not that high if compare to Casa Green which is near to 1K units already. FYI, Their per sgft price It's about 10-15% more expensive than CG...not 50% la!!!

The main disadvantage for CG is surrounded by a number of Condo/apartment may turn this plot of land into a very high density area. The concern is it may cause massive traffic pile up for the access road. Just imagine Z residence, KR1, KR2, Bkt OUG Condo, Rainz, Muhibbah Flat, Parklane etc plus Park & Ride LRT station, Woo Lau eh!  Let's wait and see. Hope the authority can upgrade the access road to minimum two lane in the future. PRAY HARD!!:stars:
*
the main access road under the lrt track is already upgrading to two lanes in each direction now...

As per the developer, they can request gomen for 4yr construction period for building taller than 30 level. So, willing buyer willing seller rite? Not like they promise 3 yrs but proj delay.

Btw, i see the status is T -Tolak. Anyone know what it means and what's next?

Tolak? Doesn't sound good... Is this normal in this kind of project application?

Great. My rate is BR +0.43 and need to buy MLTA for 10+3 years. Do you have the same package?
*
Yes, same rate, 90% loan. But they give me options of MRTA of 10yr,15yr or 20yrs...
They also said the 90% loan is for limited numbers only. Once quota met, they will only approve 80%. Wanted to compare with other banks, bt havnt really applied others yet...

went to sales office, got to know that visitor parking only have about 10?!

Amber keep on pushing the extra car park, seems like nt selling that good. Should have reserved more visitor parking in this case, stop selling those parking for money

I do hope the management will reserve some parking for rent for future tenant, other than visitor parking. No extra parking means disaster...

The Pandanmas Rumawip is 900sft

I heard the RUMAWIP can be applied through amber, n i also know that it can b applied through gov Rumawip website. But the website is requesting alot of documents, which amber is not. Wondering how this wil end up in a fair manner...
