It's consider ideal distance, not far and not near... wait until u see the distance from oug parkland and you will say this location is very nice.. lol...

It is on a first come first served basis. Presently they are only selling the RM450k, the RM300k one need to wait. I have booked myself a corner unit at 28th (nice number in Cantonese) floor.

If you are really keen, remember to bring along your cheque book to pay the 10% booking fees to register yourself a unit! It’s selling like hot cakes that I doubt they will ever advertise on newspaper or online. Don’t need to go through agent, just walk-in straight to their office at Seri Mas Condominium and check out the deal yourself.

-- 450K come with 2 car parks, 300K only 1 car park.
-- 450K lower density and 300K higher density.
-- 300K nearer to HTC.

-- No charges if you decide not to take up until the developer got the license (PA)

Like others said. (450K + 10K for aircond + fittings ) - Discount based on floor. Each floor differentiate by RM 500... u actually paying (10% of 460K - Discount) to solicitor. You can request posted cheque if agreed by them. Most likely a few days only and they will bank in.

2x2 tiles, rooms come with laminate flooring, kitchen with tiles, bath room full tiles. hopefully I mistakenly told you, but that's what I heard... Hehe..

Yes, shared. It's not prima. It's rumah mampu milik. Anyway, the house size and car park already costing at least 70k.. I am not sure if there is any different in the unit, like tile size any aircond or not...

Since when blk A become low cost??? It is affordable home which mean smaller in size = cheaper price, 1 car park instead of 2 = cheaper price.... Owner @ blk A also have to pay maintenance fee as others...

There are still many low cost apartment which is about 100K and above, just you need to see if you like the location or not. blush.gif

There is no open for booking, you need to register for ballot as told. You better go and check with the developer regarding this matter.

Was told 10++ car park sold out of 90++ single car parks. Blk A can purchase/upgrade their single to tandem car park. So, before the car park fully sold, whoever want have to be fast.

Blk A future owners need the car park badly as now their unit only come with 1 car park...
