Park Hill problem is the resident got no choice but either to make u turn @ the race horse roundabout or make a big turn to NS highway and back to bukit jalil / sri petaling.. Kind of troublesome..

Agree with you... Actually is not cheap...with the 10% downpayment plus legal fees... I think not many youngers can afford it... Unless get financial help from parents or friends....

This project is worth bcos is below market price (not cheap), Bkt Jalil address (location), future capital appreciation (booming area).... But for rental game... Sorry... Dun expect will get good return (over supplied by surrounding area)...
