Not sure what did you mean by project plan.
Development Order was approved, Building plan just approved, pending Advertising Permit & Developer's License now.

Do we need to pay maintenance for the car park? Can it be sell separately later if we don't want the extra car park?

Car park does not have its own agreement, will fall under annexure within the same SPA.

Car park is an accessory to the building. If sold car park already how are you going to sell the condo?

i received last week. in the midst of getting the documents ready for them...i understand the lady who called can arrange a meeting somewhere convenient for both parties

For the session on Mon-Wed, there will be bankers from some different banks to assist. For those who can't attend then can arrange meeting with the bankers who gave you a call.

p/s: This session is for Block C purchasers only as Block B & Block C are handled by different team.
