Good buy or not very subjective. What's your purpose? If one is saying that s/he wishes to get a property for own stay, with a budget of RM500,000 in a prime location, likes the layout, design & concept of this project, then this is definitely a good buy for him/her. If one is saying s/he wishes to flip the property and gain at least 200k from the flip, this might not be a good buy for him/her.

Hi, Wat do u mean full financing ? 100% of purchase price ?
Sorry for the confuse. Full as in they include the 10k as well. I shall edit it to 90%.

Not all will be offered. All 490 units will be offered 1 car park, and there are 60+ units of tandem car parks up for grabe if i am not mistaken.
