And they are offering full financing for 450k purchase price + 10k additional works + 20k car park(if applicable)

Hi, Wat do u mean full financing ? 100% of purchase price ?

As told by the developer, rumahwip come with 1 single car park. you can pay 10K to get the extra car park, but this will change your car park become tandem.

Good buy or not very subjective. What's your purpose? If one is saying that s/he wishes to get a property for own stay, with a budget of RM500,000 in a prime location, likes the layout, design & concept of this project, then this is definitely a good buy for him/her. If one is saying s/he wishes to flip the property and gain at least 200k from the flip, this might not be a good buy for him/her.

Sorry for the confuse. Full as in they include the 10k as well. I shall edit it to 90%.

Not all will be offered. All 490 units will be offered 1 car park, and there are 60+ units of tandem car parks up for grabe if i am not mistaken.

well, I am not buying this for own stay. More for investment and probably keep for 10 years (may sell it off to support my son's education expense). My concern is how difficult to rent it out since so many affordable home coming.

With LRT in 5 to 10 minutes walking distance, and new access road exit to bukit jalil and major highways. I don't think it will be difficult to get tenants.

Yes, now only 2.. Staff said will be more when near to launch date which may drop on May/June, depending on approval from DBKL.

Residensi Hijauan but the staff ther told me they not sure the director will appeal the casa green name or not.
