Anyone grab the extra car park?

we purposely leave it to rumahwip residents to purchase

Was told 10++ car park sold out of 90++ single car parks. Blk A can purchase/upgrade their single to tandem car park. So, before the car park fully sold, whoever want have to be fast.

Car park is selling at RM20,000 each. Each unit is only entitled to buy 1 additional car park. If anyone of you are interested, please bring along 2k cheque payable to SF Chin & Associate as stakeholder.

Require some clarification:
1. RM20k for 1 car park, or
2. RM20k for 1 lot (consist of 2 car parks side by side)?

because in the sms mentioned Price RM20k (side by side)

i did checked with Amber's Staff regards the change of new project name but they totally not aware about this.

Actually, if u get purchase additional car park….that car park will be located at side by side with ur existing 2 car parks. Is mean tat u will have 3 car parks at same row.
The RM20k to buy car park can be lump together in unit purchase price….etc. 460k + 20k = 480k…so ur unit will be 480k

RM20k for one additional parking bay.. if you took up, you will have all three (plus two original) side by side.

Tandem parking is only available for rumawip.

Blk A future owners need the car park badly as now their unit only come with 1 car park...
