Confirmed it residensi hijauan...went to office today for loan doc submission... the office guy told me... really wondering by using this name can make people more patriotic?! Or whatever...

quite disappointed with the naming. Noticed other DBKL projects not required using Malay naming. Why Amber willing to tolerate?

Frankly said, the name is really ugly and looks like restaurant hijauan

I think the municipal guys should do something more productive instead of rejecting the name of condo.

Just a simple example is the road. Look at our capital road condition... So shame about it as it's a sub par quality ...potholes here and there and No coordination for the road work as it can be resurface today and dig by contractor a few days later. Worst part is nobody monitor the condition after the contractor patch it back. Some road accidents were caused by this especially for those two wheelers!

Two simple things we can easily judge the country whether it's world class or No class, the road and the public toilet! And we all know both are not up really up to the mark. Guess our country still long way to go to be world class!!

My apology for expressing my frustration in property forum. I am Just So disappointed with G performance.

The loan sales person is only in charge of block C buyer. Not sure you are purchasing B or C block.

Hijauan not bad mah. sdb project in singapore also called Hijauan. Hijauan on Cavenagh.
actually new name already quite not bad.. just c how the developer brand it only. can be stylo milo if they do it well.

Don't recommend applying HLB. They don't offer what you apply, but offer lower than what you apply, and yet refused to issue letter of rejection, thus you hsve difficulty to get deposit back.

beside along with Z-residence/The Rainz/Kiara Residence/Treez Jalil/etc and then suddenly HIJAUAN....so lameeeee

if no mistaken, direct convert from english name to malay will faster n easy get approval, if want change name will take longer approval, not only this project change name, hap seng high end project also change name from neovo bangsar to nadi bangsar

When developer changed the name to Malay name in order to obtain the approval in the shortest time available, there will be people complaining that the name sounds shitty, they didn't put effort to appeal for it bla bla bla...

On the other hand, if developer trying hard to appeal, it might take time which we won't know how long it would take, there will still people complaining that the developer is delaying the project la etc.


Anyhow, hopefully Amber can find way to keep both names. Just like Prima Villa 208 & Green Terrain.

Singapore is English-speaking nation, putting a malay name make it somewhat special. Doesn't apply here though.

What kind of effort the developer has put if it is a direct translation?

dont think developer will put more effort on change name. most of the developer also direct convert to malay for easy their job. just hopefully the workmanship is good
