There is no open for booking, you need to register for ballot as told. You better go and check with the developer regarding this matter.

It's not opened for booking yet. It will be opened once all the relevant approvals are obtained. Purchasers have to register in their website. Whether it's on first come first serve basis or ballot system still unsure. But I believe once things are confirmed Amber Homes will release the info.

Most probably will not have zero down option, 300k is already so low, if zero down then it's only 270k.

4 years from SPA, why can't?

Maybe you should check how long did Amber take to complete their previous projects.

Amber projects? There is one at Bandar Tun Hussien Onn still ongoing, also called Casa Green. The other projects I believe all completed in 3 years like Seri Puteri and Putra Suria.

Yea, not that they plan to complete in 4 years time, they just want to avoid having to pay penalty for late VP

Take note, buyers need to pay interest on bank loan.....so longer it takes, the higher interest paid in total for that 4 yrs.

Of course you can start paying the full installment amount, but then you will be at risk if development gets suspended.

Yeap, I do agree with you.
Developer won't think in our shoe, they will draft the SPA in favor to them, not the purchasers. cry.gif
