As per the developer, they can request gomen for 4yr construction period for building taller than 30 level. So, willing buyer willing seller rite? Not like they promise 3 yrs but proj delay.

Btw, i see the status is T -Tolak. Anyone know what it means and what's next?

Tolak? Doesn't sound good... Is this normal in this kind of project application?

I guess so.. means they have to rename their project from Casa Green to some other name.. G residence? lol.. neighbour = Z residence. or Jalil Green Residence??

i purposely call developer to ask this question. they told me that dbkl not approving if using english name. so they now changing to BM but dunno what names

i think they have to follow BM naming due to the land is dbkl owned.

But nearby all english name. Z residence etc.

A lot of these are actually not the "official" name, or at least, not the name recognized by DBKL.
