Park Hill public offer unit is separated from the Government servants units. Park Hill public offer unit is about 1060...not that high if compare to Casa Green which is near to 1K units already. FYI, Their per sgft price It's about 10-15% more expensive than CG...not 50% la!!!

The main disadvantage for CG is surrounded by a number of Condo/apartment may turn this plot of land into a very high density area. The concern is it may cause massive traffic pile up for the access road. Just imagine Z residence, KR1, KR2, Bkt OUG Condo, Rainz, Muhibbah Flat, Parklane etc plus Park & Ride LRT station, Woo Lau eh! Let's wait and see. Hope the authority can upgrade the access road to minimum two lane in the future. PRAY HARD!!:stars:

I know one of the insider too, of coz they gt the priviledge to lock their units, but in a very short period of time... Manager was pressuring them to release it if nt getting 1.... Regardless u know insider or not... Best is put ur name in waiting list
