u can try ur luck for Rumah Mampu Milik...300k only...go to Amber Home sales office n get the application form from them...

I need those number as I have to make sure the money is ready in advance so that I won't be KELAM-KABUT when that time come. flex.gif Income not high so have to be cautious a bit la!!

Due to PDPA issue and to avoid complications, purchaser list are not going to be distributed to bankers. Instead, Amber has engaged 2 mortgage consultants to handle to loan applications of the purchasers. They will be calling up the purchasers soon for the arrangement.

As the project has yet to get the APDL, most of the banks have not opened the End Financing line for Casa Green. However, I heard there are 1 or 2 banks that are able to open EF line without APDL, most probably before CNY.

They have called up some of the waiting list when there were units available. The last I went there were less than 10 units which payment haven't made. Now I not that sure.

As for loan, I believe none has secured yet.

Do update us on the bank that can do EF ya. Im looking at rhb, cimb and pbb.

Signing of SPA most probably will be after securing a loan unless the purchaser plans to buy cash. Will definitely update here once any bank open their EF line, rest assured that the 2 mortgage consultants will contact the purchasers to arrange and prepare the purchasers to be "bankable".
