Visited the Amber office yesterday with regards to their new project - Casa Green @ Bukit Jalil. Their scale model look impressive with good facilities, eg. Gym facilities, library, swimming pool (50m), bbq garden, elevated functional deck, basketball court, jacuzzi, etcs.
Here are some of my findings to share with all.
Developer : Amber Homes Development Sdn Bhd
Target Completion : April 2019
Selling Price : RM450k and RM300k *affordable house (subject to ballot)
Built-up : 1003 sq ft & 824 sq ft
Booking fees : 10%
It is on a first come first served basis. Presently they are only selling the RM450k, the RM300k one need to wait. I have booked myself a corner unit at 28th (nice number in Cantonese) floor.
If you are really keen, remember to bring along your cheque book to pay the 10% booking fees to register yourself a unit! It’s selling like hot cakes that I doubt they will ever advertise on newspaper or online. Don’t need to go through agent, just walk-in straight to their office at Seri Mas Condominium and check out the deal yourself.
