which type of layout you booked?

Only left Block C for selection when I walked in for settlement today.

I wonder why today left block c only. They start selling the block b first?

Nope.. block B is hotter pick compared to block C as less expose, block C close to highway.

when i was there, i saw one seri puteri owner came to buy as well. She was talking to the boss (i guess only) on seri puteri and the boss tried to convince her they produce good product such as seri puteri that was selling at 2xxK before (now is about 600K). The lady fatt tat lor

Yes, I meant that.
Owners will complain complain & complain, but when Casa Green @ Bukit Jalil started collecting booking,
they only remember they bought Putra Suria at RM100k & Seri Puteri at RM250k.
Go check how much they can sell/rent their units now.

Wow suddenly so many booked n loan approved.
that's pretty fast since this projecr just started bookin for few days..or just yesterday? Hope genuine buyer instead of SA.
buyer better stil study the prop well before purchase yea.
This one. Very good price that's all, others...hmm don't like stay in high density at this stretch.
buy for flip or rental but remember holding power la since need to compete many condos unit here (more than 4k units d)

460k for normal units, 300k for the houses under DBKL scheme.

The 300k is suitable for own-stay people only. Was told that you can't sell within 10 years and you can't even rent it out.
