at 450k.. IMHO, chances will be 800 or 900 sqft..
1000 sqft might hit above 500k..

leverage on the new link propose by Trinity
Once LRT station is completed, there will be a new link road linking from KM1 to Kiara Residence 2, and link to Kiara Residence 1, Oug Condo, Rainz, Z, Seedz and Casa Green

Thus you may enter from Calvary, and turn left after passing by The Link shoplot into the group of condos

Alternatively if you are coming from Puchong, there is already an existing link linking Bukit Jalil road to Z Residence, you enter after passing The Zest, turn left, go thru the DBKL flat and reach Z Residence

LRT 2 is nearer to CG.. other residence from Z Res, Seedz, DBKL flat, Oug Parklane, Oug Town house are closer to LRT 2..

While for LRT 1, Kiara Residence 1 and 2 are nearer, Oug Condo's entrance is nearer to LRT 1. I think Rainz is near to LRT 1 too.. also residence from KM1, Green Avenue, Anjung Hijau, Twin Arkz, Link 2 and ppl from Taman OUG + Taman Yarl will opt for LRT 1.

LRT 2 will be less crowded as LRT 1 is a bigger station to accommodate higher capacity with park and ride facilities.

IMHO, this is inevitable.. a few already in the pipeline.. Jalil City service apartment and WCT's so called Paradigm 2 surrounding will be having service apartment too..

All leveraging on BJ prime location and 4 LRT stations

actually the number boh pantang one la.. at the end of the day is the unit location that sell.. FengShui point of view, number not important

I had 4-3A apartment before (4th floor number 3A), sold 2 years ago..
another condo level 23A, my latest purchase landed 113A.. lol

Park Hills have very little amenities..
on the west of BJ, more development like shopping mall, shoplots, school etc
