Visited the sale office, staff very friendly. Certain number of bumi lot but not fixed units, thus untaken will be allocated. how many, see the chart in above post, yellow bumi lot, green taken, nothing available.

dont be misleading but just seeing the colors, counted from this chart, roughly 1/3 yellow. Interested, just need to act fast, developer is smart ppl can move the yellow dot somewhere else.

I count 67 greens and 73 yellows. So roughly 50/50 lar bumi and non bumi...

May i find out some facts from all the taikor here? This site is next to Z-residence but this site can't be access from Bukit Jalil highway right? I mean if I am coming from future Pavilion 2 (or from TPM), i can 't go direct but have to make a big round and entering through Bukit OUG condo? From the goggle map it looks like no road link to Pavilion2 or the primary chinese school. Please kindly advise.

I think so many bumi lots due to this project is to accommodate the prima project as seen in their office..the 800sqf block so damn tall and all allocated to balloting for prima...hence the reason ...my 2 cents

leverage on the new link propose by Trinity
Once LRT station is completed, there will be a new link road linking from KM1 to Kiara Residence 2, and link to Kiara Residence 1, Oug Condo, Rainz, Z, Seedz and Casa Green

Thus you may enter from Calvary, and turn left after passing by The Link shoplot into the group of condos

Alternatively if you are coming from Puchong, there is already an existing link linking Bukit Jalil road to Z Residence, you enter after passing The Zest, turn left, go thru the DBKL flat and reach Z Residence

Bro, can share where is the sale office?

Someone say Cheras and someone say Aked Esplanade shoplot. I went to Esplanade but didnt see any sales gallery or any shadow of setting up.

Oh.. Thanks for the explanation... BTW, can this condo walk to LRT station on the right? It looks far from the site. Or walking to the left one is nearer (more walkable)?

The sales office is in a condo in cheras..in fact I thinks it pretty funny.

OK..if u use Waze..u put in Jalan 4/89a.

Once u reach u will c serimas condo..u tell the jaga u want to go amber office.. Sales office inside

It's consider ideal distance, not far and not near... wait until u see the distance from oug parkland and you will say this location is very nice.. lol...

LRT 2 is nearer to CG.. other residence from Z Res, Seedz, DBKL flat, Oug Parklane, Oug Town house are closer to LRT 2..

While for LRT 1, Kiara Residence 1 and 2 are nearer, Oug Condo's entrance is nearer to LRT 1. I think Rainz is near to LRT 1 too.. also residence from KM1, Green Avenue, Anjung Hijau, Twin Arkz, Link 2 and ppl from Taman OUG + Taman Yarl will opt for LRT 1.

LRT 2 will be less crowded as LRT 1 is a bigger station to accommodate higher capacity with park and ride facilities.

total about 240 to 250 per block, 73 yellows are for bumi, green are taken non bumi, no stickers are still available.
So take 73/245 ~ 0.3

don't worry about bumi lots.....once it cannot be sell off, later they will convert to non-bumi...typically to all high rise.....

also, there is possibility developer will hike up pricing later with these yellow sticker.....so now just claim as bumi lots......

Hi Sifu,

One more question. I really wanted to get one already but i have not been to the site before. I heard there is HTC nearby. I tried looking at Wikimapia but can't see any HTC at all. May i know where is this HTC. Is it in between CG and flats? or in front of CG? Please kindly advise.

The HTC is near kesas petrol stations, the 300k priced Block A is nearer to HTC
