Want to ask, has anyone actually seen the hoardings? Does it say Amber Homes specifically? 45k booking very dodgy, exactly like Parkhill. Also prima website shows the Bukit Jalil project in the totally wrong location. The prima location supposed to be in Alam Sutera side of Bj. Which is totally different place.

Ya agree with above poster? Any explanation? These are not big developers. Lawyer and dev cabut Macamana? This rumah wip project also not on RumaWip website? Any clarification?

Amber Homes has not completed any project at all. Only the Cheras Casa Green which expects to finish in 2016. So there is no credibility at all. And they still ask for 10% booking?

Oh shit so they got high quota for bumi lots? Maybe that's part of the agreement with govt? Uh oh hailat, that's bad news for the condo in general...

But at this kinda price, it's definitely worth gambling. It can't be any worse than Bukit OUG condo lar which is also 400 psf easily even with its unpleasant demographics.

I am definitely very gatal wack this but milotin kosong no bullet liaw.

If confirmed the bumi lots can convert this is a damn good buy. Even if 30% cannot, this is still a pretty good buy.

All the best everyone! As for BJ being the next Mk, if they are no prestigious international schools here I don't think so lar. If Bj can be the next Bandar Utama or Damansara Perdana I would be very happy already. So far the signs are pointing towards it.

I think entry price lar. 550k for Parkhill and 450k for Casa Green quite a big difference. Especially for own stayers.

For investment, Parkhill rental demand likely to be better since plenty of tertiary education there and less competition. Bukit OUG side has tons of rental competition. In terms of distance to future malls, both similar lar, 5-10 minutes drive. Extra few minutes no difference. Both also not walking distance so doesn't matter.

In Malaysia cheap= got market, especially below 500k. Above 500k definitely got much more choice elsewhere too.
