The amount of heat pipe (bronze color) on the heatsink plays on important role in heat dissipation.

please be note that mobile GPU n dekstop GPU is diffrent even the model is the same, the confiuration is not,
so ur laptop R7 265 is not the same with R7 265 desktop

It is ok to swap but you will have to top up your budget tho.

for limted budget, it is most wise u go for 2nd hand r9 280x or HD7970GHZ, u can get as cheap as <RM750 with about 1year more warranty

But using FSP Hexa+ 550W to power one of those isn't recommended yo.

Are you gonna overclock? Cause then,i'd only suggest going with i7 4790K,in which you'll have to sacrifice SSD and a stick of 8GB RAM.Since games are taking advantage of more cores and threads,rather go with an i7 4790K if you're gonna overclock or Intel Xeon E3-1231 V3 or an i7 4790.

ditch the SSD n HDD, take SSHD 1tb (RM299) , take RAM oni 8Gb n go for i5-4440 (RM699)

even lower?? swap MOBO with Asrock B85m HDS RM289 n swap with FSP hexa+ 550W RM179
*note that mobo n psu will not affect performance..so u still can consider this
